Key Account Manager South Eastern Europe (w/m)

Responsibilities
- Secure and expand the existing business and achieve the sales and margin targets set
- Exploitation of sales synergy potential by cross-departmental support
- Recognise, actively exploit and expand potential.
- Act in a solution-led manner, sell strategically! Manage existing contracts
- Monitor monthly customer reports and trigger the resulting invoices in headquarters
- Advice for sales issues concerning end-customer business and product management
- Independent resolution of customer enquiries and complaints in cooperation with headquarters
- Monitor the process to depict specific product modifications
- Carry out regular account meetings
- Agree and follow up an account plan with sales forecasts and specific marketing and sales activities
- Expand the business, acquire new service providers
- Manage flexible price negotiations taking the profit situation into account
- Implement sales training
- Expand and activate top management networks
- Develop and support marketing campaigns
- Produce and hold end-customer presentations
- Recognise problems and respond quickly to changes
- Monthly reports to superior
- Involvement in producing the relevant quarterly forecasts
- Feedback to superior and cross-functional departments such as marketing on the development of the market
- Communication and information transfer within the department and to all relevant interfaces
Requirements
- Graduate or similar apprenticeship with the relevant work experience
- Sales experience with a track record, ideally in security software
- Ideally, existing network of service providers
- Able to handle all relevant office applications
- If possible, experience with CRM and ERP systems (Siebel and SAP)
- Communicative, friendly, open, flexible and competent appearance
- Ability to handle internal/external conflict
- Native Language: Hungarian (pref.) or Greek or Czech
- Fluent English

- Positive basic attitude
