Quality Leader (m/f)
with responsibility of QM across all Europe

Your responsibility| You report directly to the Vice President of "Global Manufacturing" and lead the implementation of the Global Management System from definition to realization. This includes as well the training of all employees involved in the process. You drive global quality programs including metrics, corrective and preventive action plans in close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Production. This means you are responsible for all quality issues in a highly regulated market. Your personality| You have proven experience and knowledge of regulations – especially for nuclear power plants and you are used to implement quality systems in similar environments. You know from your own experience lean manufacturing concepts and their impact on quality issues and you already implemented quality assurance programs in a global environment and project-based manufacturing. Successful implementation of ERP will be as helpful as your negotiation skills on all levels. Fluency in English and German are as well required as willingness to travel in Europe.
