The European Competence Center is based in the Zurich-Area and includes development, production and implementation of new systems and retrofits. Various production sites in Europe work together to produce customer-specific components as lean as possible in highest quality according to country- and customer-specific rules and laws.

Lean Manufacturing Leader (m/f)

Your responsibility | You report directly to the Vice-President of Global Manufacturing. You are in charge of leading the deployment of Lean through coaching, mentoring, support and training in all European manufacturing sites. You will establish metrics to drive execution of lean initiatives aligned with business objectives and the goal to simplify key business processes. In addition you will support layout optimizations and manufacturing initiatives concerning production optimization and standardization of operations. Your personality| We expect a candidate to have 10 years experience in manufacturing - preferably in project based environment. Proven track record of global deployment of lean application and driving productivity. You should be able to motivate and influence people on all levels and be strong in strategic and operational issues. We are looking for a powerful and dedicated person, who loves to go into details but can also keep overview in a complex environment.
