Responsibilities
Key objective and the purpose of this position are to drive sales of products (especially sales out!) and solutions into the retail channel and to create awareness for the company and it´s solutions in general. The solutions include desktop security services for endusers and SMB customers.
# Retail-Sales-Responsibility for IT-Security Solutions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
# Experienced in negotiating, setting up and achieving quarterly and annual goals as well as creating timely periodical and rolling forecasts.
# Development of business development and marketing concepts to drive and stimulate sales as well as partners.
# Necessity to support and maintenance strategic partner outlets whenever useful.
# Analysis of competition - sales and marketshare wise
# Responsibility for the logistical delivery of products in quantity, time and place.
Requirements
# 3 years sales and/or business development and/or Marketing experience in retail business
# Strong contact network to customers as well in headquarter and local/regional functions (existing network within MSH-Group is an advantage)
# Successful (proven) track record of achieving goals and quotas on a quarterly and annual basis
# Experienced in the collaborating with channel partners and fulfilment partners
# Ability to initiate and realize marketing programs with allocated partners and outlets
# Strong communication skills and willingness to travel
# Ability to work entrepreneurial, independent and success oriented
# customers oriented, dynamic and engaged work style
# Fluent in English
