The European Competence Center is based in the Zurich-Area and includes development, production and implementation of new systems and retrofits. Various production sites in Europe work together to produce customer-specific components as lean as possible in highest quality according to country- and customer-specific rules and laws.

Your responsibility| You report directly to the Vice President of "Global Manufacturing". With your team you implement a global management system and product quality programs in Switzerland. You define ad implement the local specifications and train involved people from Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Production. As a member of the management team you support the development of the "Global Center of Excellence" and create the tools and the spirit for fast production and delivery according to customer needs. Your personality| We expect a candidate experienced in a similar position in a highly regulated market. You have a technical background, experience in project-based manufacturing of sophisticated products. As a natural leader you can convince people form all departments and bring them together to efficiently fulfilling the projects needs. To match theh igh requirements of regulations and the knowledge of nuclear codes are big advantages. Fluency in English and German ar as well required as willingness to travel in Europe.
