The European Competence Center is based in the Zurich-Area and includes development, production and implementation of new systems and retrofits. Various production sites in Europe work together to produce customer-specific components as lean as possible in highest quality according to country- and customer-specific rules and laws.

Lead Master Scheduler(m/f)

Your responsibility | You report directly to the Vice-President of Global Manufacturing and manage the production demand flow down process from sales to production planning at the facility level. You lead the change process to optimize utilization of all sites, by defining the strategy and driving implementation from relevant product details in the sales process to modeling and planning of capacity details on facility level. The facility planning on a 5 year horizon is based on cooperation with sales and sourcing to enable product mix planning, certification of the sites and training for each function. Your personality| You have a strong understanding of manufacturing issues due to your own long-term experience in industrial environment preferably in project based production. Further we expect 5 years proven track record in Production Planning and experience in operational and influencing positions. Successful implementation of ERP will be as helpful as your negotiation skills on all levels. Fluency in English and willingness for business travel in Europe are required as well.
